2-Hour Consultation
This basic service will give you a good start at preparing your home for listing. At the end of the session, you will know how to declutter and arrange the key areas of the home – typically LR, DR, 1 BR, and 1 BA.
Additional time can be scheduled if you want staging advice on more rooms.
“Real Time” Staging
If you’re lucky enough to have a team of friends or relatives to help, this service is for you! During this half-day session (4 hours) I will guide your team as you organize and stage the key areas of the home. The more help you have, the more we can accomplish.
Additional time can be scheduled if needed.
